The Pineapple Express is an instant classic—it's made up of tender smoked pork belly, a slice of smoked pineapple, and a generous portion of their pulled pork on a bun. The ribs were perfectly tender, retaining their shape while yielding ever so slightly with the slightest pressure. You can find them at events around Boulder or at the Rayback Collective, and you definitely won't regret it!
