4-28-2022 a very busy Thursday evening in Proto’s. I read a few negative reviews about this place, these more valued could not say the truth. my wife and I had one of the tasty pizzas of our life. we ordered the medium sausage, bevel and green pfefferpizze. wow, this crust was from this world. many of three toppings. jennifer, our merciful treated us as if they knew who we were. the drinks she mixed excellent. from my understanding I will tell them to ignore the low star reviews and enjoy a great pizza at a great place.
What User dislikes about Proto's Pizza Boulder:
that is good. caesar salat was great. could have a little more taste and not so skating on the beats. the ambiente is beautiful and I could return. the big problem with this place is that it makes a employee claim in their ticket. I support generous tips for good service not socialist mandate. I would like to continue trying this site and hope that the owners will fix this problem. because of the owners who use this... The restaurant doesn't offer delivery, but they have an incredible gluten-free pizza crust that is light, thin, and crispy. It is only available in medium size. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the pizza oven and open kitchen, where you can watch them make each pizza. They are accommodating to dietary restrictions, including gluten-free options.
The service at the restaurant was excellent, however, I was not impressed with the quality of the pizza. The crust was burnt and had bubbles in it, which was disappointing. Additionally, the sausage on the pizza was in the form of a ring, which is not typical for a pizza. This is just my personal opinion.
The best pizza in Boulder can be found here. The outdoor seating is lovely and perfect for enjoying in the summer months.
Mostly just old creeps and bigots. Was too physically disgusted to order, walked out at the weirdness of the waitresses.
Saturday night was slow, and there was plenty of seating available. The service was good, I got my order prepared quite fast! They have a few beers on tap, and I ordered a lager. The pizza itself was pretty good. Overall, it was a solid experience.
