Panda Express - Boulder
Panda Express
Description
Panda Express in Boulder has drawn conflicting responses from its patrons. While some diners rave about the stellar orange chicken and attentive staff, others are disheartened by the lack of menu items, rude service, and disappointing food quality. Reports of stale ingredients and inadequate portion sizes have contributed to a decline in customer satisfaction. Even when the food is fresh, inconsistent service and confrontational staff attitudes tarnish the experience. Despite its popularity and cleanliness, the restaurant needs improvement in both food consistency and customer service to truly satisfy its diverse clientele.

Place is always busy. I have fried rice and the new almond crispy chicken. There was no bejing beef, so I got the orange chicken. Wontons were crispy. The food was hot and fresh. However, customer service could be better and more friendly. Wish can give 3.5
I love Panda Express. I'll eat there once a month or once every two months. Ideally on a day that I've done nothing else besides exercise.
Not good service. They forgot an item in my order and I had to drive back 15 minutes to get it. The food is ok, but overpriced.
I love ordering food here, but I am not satisfied yesterday, Dec.10 around 5:30pm. The one who assisted me didn’t give me good amount of what I’ve ordered (as in you can tell the difference if you always comes here to order something) no “Hi” or “good evening” and the cashier take my payment when there’s still order in his counter for customer to pick up, then when I paid my order my husband thought that ours was the one in the counter and looked on us like why are we getting those bags. Like we’re stealing something. I guess more training for these employees in how to give customers good customer service, without judging and to learn how to be consistent with their customers.
