I highly recommend getting a June bowl, thin... read more I have been a KT's devotee for years so am more than slightly biased. The food is excellent and the staff friendly. I highly recommend getting a June bowl, think of it as a BBQ parfait. Also, if you get the ribs, you have to try at least one unsauced. It is a true testament to the quality that you do not need to try to cover up or add taste to the meat. You can also get seasonal favorites such as Thanksgiving dinner or at one time they even had a green chili with smoked pork and corn that was fantastic. I do wish they would try burnt ends though as I know they would do it justice.
