I have been a KT's devotee for years so am more than slightly biased. The food is excellent and the staff friendly. I highly recommend getting a June bowl, think of it as a BBQ parfait. Also, if you get the ribs, you have to try at least one unsauced. It is a true testament to the quality that you do not need to try to cover up or add taste to the meat. I strongly recommend the June bowl, which comes with hot links, mashed potatoes, pulled pork, and your choice of coleslaw, macaroni, or beans.
I ordered a pound of beef brisket with BBQ sauce, but today it was overcooked and very dry. I can't understand why they would serve something like this. Absolutely delicious BBQ! I visited this restaurant on a Saturday night when every other place was crowded, and I was surprised to find this one empty. I decided to give it a shot, and wow, I couldn't be more impressed. I've lived in Colorado my entire life, and I would rank this among the top three BBQs I've ever had—simply amazing. Don't overlook this gem!

KT's has been a favorite for years. It's no nonsense, fast, reasonably priced and always hits the spot. The June Bowl is my go to but I've never been disappointed with any of my choices here. Great barbecue in a chill environment every time.
