I have been a KT's devotee for years so am more than slightly biased. The food is excellent and the staff friendly. I highly recommend getting a June bowl, think of it as a BBQ parfait. Also, if you get the ribs, you have to try at least one unsauced. It is a true testament to the quality that you do not need to try to cover up or add taste to the meat. I ordered a pound of beef brisket with BBQ sauce, but today it was overcooked and very dry. I can't understand why they would serve something like this. I've ordered from the Arapahoe location three times before, and this is the first time I've encountered such poor quality brisket. I really wish I had checked it before leaving, as I would have returned it. View all feedback.

Also, if you get the ribs, you have to try at least one unsauced. It is a true testament to the quality that you do not need to try to cover up or add taste to the meat. You can also get seasonal favorites such as Thanksgiving dinner or at one time they even had a green chili with smoked pork and corn that was fantastic. I do wish they would try burnt ends though as I know they would do it justice.

LOVE the outdoor seating area on a nice day! Meat is good. Their staple bbq sauce is the thinner Memphis style which isn't my favorite but they have Texas style and another one. Friendly staff also

Food was great, music was amazing if you dine in. I had the pork 'June Bowl ', with the spicy vinger sauce. Beans and coleslaw to top it off. And a Mr Pibb to drink. Very filling in a nice way
