Here’s the thing. Yes the food is incredible. The wine pairing with our tasting menu was a once in a lifetime experience. But the best thing of all about this restaurant is the people there, their passion and steadfast commitment to quality, authenticity and integrity in creating once in a lifetime experiences through food. There is no question that Frasca is the best restaurant in Boulder, but when you are the best and you keep your foot on the gas pedal towards culinary excellence year after year? Frasca has seeded world renown culinary talent that now work all over the world. We as a community should be proud and grateful that they are here in Boulder, representing in culinary form the stubborn, quirky and defiantly passionate zeal that defines what Boulder stands for.
