Contribute Feedback What Johnathan M likes about Dunkin':
Despite dealing with rude, entitled, and difficult customers, being short-staffed, and facing equipment failures, the staff here do an outstanding job of keeping the store running smoothly. I prefer to visit early to grab my favorite doughnuts, as many of them are sold out by noon. I highly recommend going in early to ensure you get what you want before it's gone—after all, it's first come, first served. Great job to... View all feedback.
What J doesn't like about Dunkin':
Ugh. Waste of six dollars on a bad tasting sandwich where the dough wasn’t even cooked through. Also there was nasty green stuff on my wrapper which tells me they’re just cross contaminating to their hearts desire. View all feedback.
Great sandwiches! I came in to eat and take a business Zoom call, and the manager gifted me a free donut. Friendly service and comfy AC. Clean space.

You never know what you’re going to get this Dunkin’ and I need to stop rolling the dice. Today was a burnt barely eatable egg and cheese wrap. Go somewhere else.
Honestly the donuts from Safeway a block away are always better in the morning. Good service. Employees are nice.
Always quick to place and receive my order. Occasionally they run out of donuts but these guys are the best. Deb is always super enthusiastic the manager with the red shirt is one of the fastest to fix issues so the flow of the store keeps running even if there's only 2 employees the other managers are all super nice and have a good attitude. Not sure why the company cant afford to fix the drive through sign at night since they have these poor employees working on holidays. You guys rock
