The bui... read more I started with pigs ears marinated overnight and deep fried over bacon jam with a sunny side up egg on top. They were delicious and had a great texture. The build-your-own charcuterie board was fantastic, with a selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. For my entree, I chose an 8oz sirloin cooked blue with mixed mushrooms, paired with a glass of red wine. The steak and mushrooms were cooked perfectly and topped with a delicious glaze. To finish, I had the carrot cake, which was dense and moist with a creamy icing and served with a side of orange sorbet. Overall, the experience was amazing. The service was excellent and the food was top-notch. I highly recommend giving this place a try, despite the higher prices. You won't regret it!

The food was outstanding from start to finish, from the cocktails to the appetizers (marinated olives), bread (homemade focaccia), entrees (roasted chicken), and desserts. The high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation made for a memorable meal. It's been two weeks since we dined here and I'm still dreaming about it. The price was well worth it and we will definitely be returning on our next visit to Boulder!

Our server Lenny was knowledgeable about the menu and the wines, attentive but not hovering, and he could not have been more pleasant. Everything was delicious- from the bread and butter, the posole, the oysters, the ono, the Wagyu beef Koji tenderloin (a special, do NOT miss this if it's available! , and the cheese plate for dessert. We highly recommend Blackbelly to anyone wanting a terrific meal!

I savored the delicious waygu flank steak, as well as a starter of fresh oysters and char-sui. It was the perfect way to celebrate a fantastic year with outstanding food. Sitting at the counter, we had engaging conversations with the talented chefs.
