I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! The servers were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food was outstanding from start to finish, from the cocktails to the appetizers (marinated olives), bread (homemade focaccia), entrees (roasted chicken), and desserts. The high-quality ingredients and beautiful presentation made for a memorable meal. It's been two weeks since we dined here... View all feedback.
What BoulderFoodie doesn't like about Blackbelly:
Started the meal with some cocktails that were tasty. Food is always delicious and unique. The flank steak was perfectly cooked and the Demi glace was amazing. Probably the best piece of beer we’ve had in a long time. Service was great. I would always make reservations- it’s a small place and definitely gets busy any day of the week. View all feedback.
What a fantastic culinary experience! The servers were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. I can't say enough good things about food. All from my cocktail to my appetizer (married olives) to bread (in-house foccacia) to my entree (roasted chicken) to the desserts my partner and I shared was incredible. The ingredients were clearly high quality and everything was prepared and beautifully presented. We ate here two weeks ago and I still think about it. The price is also worth it. Will definitely return when we visit Boulder!
The food is so good it'll blow you away. We ordered the burrata appetizer, as well as the lamb and steak specials. Before our meal, we were served focaccia that was fantastic. Our server was very charismatic.
We had another hearty and fantastic meal to stave off the cool temps at Blackbelly…. The libations were on target, food was superb, and service was warm and welcoming. Definitely one of my favs when visiting Colorado. Blackbelly we will be back for more!
Last night I had some of the most delicious food I've ever eaten. Everything was thoughtfully assembled, flavors were blarring, and my taste buds were singing. I absolutely loved every single thing I ate. Being able to watch our food being prepared was such a cool experience, and the customer service was phenomenal. We got to speak to the chefs about how all of the meat is butchered in house, how they source food locally and have relationships with the farmers, and how passionate they are to work there. Hosea Rosenberg's restaurant was unforgettable and left me wanting to try more. Check it out if you're in Boulder. You will not be disappointed! *My fave was the Spanish octopus and crispy pig ears, mmm!!
I dined in at this quality restaurant and butcher shop combination. The breakfast burritos have generous portions of eggs, light on the cubed but zesty potatoes and rotating meat of the day or week (for me Carnitas). Fresh in-house ingredients, on the higher end of breakfast burritos but you pay for what you get. Note the burrito does not come with chili but they have optional house made hot sauce on the side.
