What BoulderFoodie dislikes about Blackbelly:
Started the meal with some cocktails that were tasty. Food is always delicious and unique. The flank steak was perfectly cooked and the Demi glace was amazing. Probably the best piece of beer we’ve had in a long time. Service was great. I would always make reservations- it’s a small place and definitely gets busy any day of the week. View all feedback.
I have immersed in this quality restaurant and butcher shop combination. the breakfast burritos have generous portions of iron, light on the cunning, but cesty kartoffels and rotating meat from day or week (for me carnitas.) fresh in-house ingredients, at the upper end of the breakfast burritos, but they pay for what they get. note that the burrito does not come with chili, but they have optionally made home hot soße on the side.
Last night I had a few of the most delicious food I've ever eaten. everything was assembled mentally, aromen were glowing, and my taste buds sang. I loved every single thing I ate. our eating prepared to see was such a cool experience, and the customer service was phenomenal. we need to talk to the chefs about how the whole meat is sawed in the house, how they relate to food and how passionate they are to work there. pantsa rosenbergs restaurant was unforgettable and let me try more. Look at this when you're in boulder. they will not be disappointed*! my fave was the Spanish otopus and crispy boar, mmm!
Wow, that's just great eating. Top notch menu, aromen, fresh, and place. when they visit boulder. look at this!
I started with pigs ears marinated overnight and deep fried over bacon jam with a sunny side up egg on top. They were delicious and had a great texture. The build-your-own charcuterie board was fantastic, with a selection of meats, cheeses, and accompaniments. For my entree, I chose an 8oz sirloin cooked blue with mixed mushrooms, paired with a glass of red wine. The steak and mushrooms were cooked perfectly and topped with a delicious glaze. To finish, I had the carrot cake, which was dense and moist with a creamy icing and served with a side of orange sorbet. Overall, the experience was amazing. The service was excellent and the food was top-notch. I highly recommend giving this place a try, despite the higher prices. You won't regret it!
