Description

Barchetta offers a relaxed dining experience with its self-service ordering and welcoming atmosphere. The standout pizzas include unique combinations like goat cheese, blackberry, and bacon, alongside a creamy Bianca and the eye-opening white Hawaiian. While the cheese bread and dry rub wings are highlights, some diners found appetizers lacking in portion size. The self-serve beer and wine selection is limited, though enjoyable selections can be found. With a spacious patio and kid-friendly vibe, Barchetta shines as a go-to spot for pizza lovers, despite some inconsistencies in service. Overall, it’s an inviting addition to Boulder’s culinary scene.

Fun slightly upscale pizza beer place in Boulder that ISN'T on Pearl Street or near the university.Pizzas are creative and delicious. Very laid back and had several beers on tap.

Delicious pizza with unique combinations. We split a white pie- half Verde Verde half Shaggy Rogers. I preferred the v2 but shaggy was good too! Also split a wedge salad. I'll be honest I don't get the hype for a head of iceberg sliced in half. But this was good. Needed a little more dressing, but that's my personal preference. Anything blueOrdering took place at the counter. Everything brought to table. Everyone was helpful, polite and friendly. We'll be back for sure!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options for sure. Shaggy Rogers was one that we tried.Parking: 2hr street parking and also ParkMobile zones nearby I believe. Close to bus routes, on a bike route, and near BCycles and Lime Scooters.

It’s a very casual establishment. We ordered at the counter and seated ourselves. They did come around with plates and water. The pizzas were okay. The cheese on the Margherita was quite salty. We also got the Bee Thousand, which I didn’t try, but it seemed that the prominence of the honey didn’t suit my family’s taste. These pizzas are thin-crust, but they suffer from a soggy bottom. Also, do note that the Giardiniera is hot and spicy.

Three of us stopped in after hearing so much about the pizza. We got some apps and a few pizzas and all were very good. The cheese bread stood out as surprisingly excellent to all members of our party. The self-serve beer and wine options weren’t very extensive and we only found two options that we enjoyed. Unfortunately, the service was lackluster, disjointed, and confusing. Next time, we will either pick up our food or visit when it’s a bit less busy.

The cheese bread was a standout, impressing all of us in our group. However, the selection of self-serve beer and wine options was limited, with only two choices that we found enjoyable.
