Nestled in the heart of Boulder, this food hall offers a diverse selection of restaurants, each with at least one vegan option, making it an ideal destination for group outings. The vegan Reuben and flavorful original arepas stand out, showcasing the hall’s commitment to satisfying all palates. Diners rave about the authentic mapo tofu from Pig and Tiger, with its rich, spicy kick. While some dishes may not be overly filling, the delightful range of options—from Taiwanese to Mediterranean—ensures everyone can find something to enjoy. The welcoming atmosphere and rooftop dining area enhance the overall experience.

This dining area is set up as a food hall with 5 or 6 different restaurants to choose from. Each restaurant offers at least one vegan option on their menu. I highly recommend trying the arepas from one of the restaurants!

The other day, I visited this restaurant and tried their amazing arepas! I believe they have at least one vegan option on their menu, making it a perfect spot to meet up with friends.

Although the dishes may not be the most filling, they are definitely satisfying. The original arepas at Quiero Arepas were delicious and flavorful. The mapo tofu at Pig and Tiger was the most authentic I've ever had. Both dishes are definitely worth trying. It would be great to see more options on the menu, like hot noodles or a high protein option. However, even if you're only in Boulder for a short time, these dishes are a must-try. The mapo tofu is spicy and authentic, with the option to ask for it less spicy or without MSG. Overall, a solid concept with delicious offerings.

This is a great example of a real food hall. The setting is welcoming and with many options means that everyone can find something he likes. I had the Spicy Mapo Tofu on Rice by Pig Tiger and it was excellent. The seuan chili sauce wore the meal and I would recommend to those who enjoy spicy dishes. Boychik's hummus bowl was disappointing when it was just hummus. Updated by previous rating on 2023-02-01

Great atmosphere with some vegan options. I went to the Rye Society and got the vegan reubs; I think there were some other vegan options on this menu, like the rose bowl, but they were not explicitly marked as the reubs was. Anyway, I was very happy with the reubs that had tofu, vegan cheese, a vegan Russian sauce and sour wort, all on delicious bread. It was very satisfying and the flavors were fantastic. They don't offer coffee/tea at the Rye Society, but on the way, Lost City serves drinks and the Chai Latte I got was also delicious. I have not tried anything from Quiero Arepas, but they have an explicitly labeled vegan arepa with black beans too! Updated by previous review on 2022-08-19
