Our soup arrived lukewarm, but he took care of it promptly without us having to say anything. The Italian stallion walleye special was fantastic and cooked to perfection! This is definitely the place to be in Boulder Junction!

She directed us to a dry erase board and said, “Check the list; if there are no names, you can seat yourself.” However, how were we supposed to know that if we had never visited before? It felt like we were bothering her. After seating ourselves, we waited thirty minutes without any server acknowledging us, so we decided to leave. The customer service was very disappointing. We ended up going to a restaurant down the road and had a wonderful meal at Gooch's instead!

The same person that owns the Aberdeen Bar and Restaurant off of Hwy. 51 south of Manitowish Waters (another great place to go). The Boulder Beer Bar Grill is great place to get a tap beer, bottled beer, mixed drinks, and awesome food. In addition to the regular menu, they have higher end specialty meals that change from week to week. The chefs and kitchen staff are awesome as are the bartenders and servers! Highly recommended and well worth the drive! NOTE: Most of the bad reviews for the Boulder Beer Bar are from years ago under the previous ownership. Under the new ownership, this place has gone from bad/okay to great/fabulous!

The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure we had everything we needed, so I would give that a perfect score of 5. The atmosphere was pleasant as well, rated at 4, making it a nice place to enjoy a meal. One of the highlights was the ample parking available—there were plenty of spaces, and the free parking lot made it convenient to visit. Overall, for a price of $10–20 per person, I would definitely recommend this spot for a satisfying lunch!
