A classic dining experience in the Northwoods. The food is fantastic, and the staff are very friendly. Chef Jimmy takes the time to come out to the dining room to greet and chat with his guests, which adds a nice personal touch.

This place is the highlight of my Boulder transition visits! Especially their old fashions are delicious. More important is their food to die! I always get the chicken coq au vin and it always lives up to (and beyond) expectations. Beautiful thin and delicate chicken in a delicious sauce. My fiancée gets the Walleye every time and says it's the best Walleye he ever had (and he eats a lot of it). Come hungry because they give you a lot of food. And to add everything from their homemade ice cream, is a delicious end to an always amazing meal!
