Pho is considered the National Dish of Vietnam. At What the Pho! Restaurants, we wholeheartedly agree. Our pho broth is meticulously prepared over twelve hours, using fresh beef bones, brisket, flank, traditional herbs, aromatic vegetables, and skinless chicken breasts. In addition to our savory broths, we also serve a range of appetizers, flavorful stir-fry dishes, and traditional grilled meats with rice and vermicelli noodles. Feedback
The restaurant has mixed reviews, with some feeling that the quality has declined over time and the prices are too high for basic Vietnamese dishes. There were complaints about the portion sizes and lack of attentiveness from the server. However, others praised the flavor experience and service, especially for takeout orders. Customers enjoyed the fresh and tasty soup, with one even receiving wine suggestions from the friendly waiter. Overall, while some had reservations, others found the restaurant to be a reliable spot for a good meal and friendly service.
My wife and I have been coming to this restaurant for years. We both love their pho and I have always been satisfied with my meal. The food is consistently delicious every single time we visit. Additionally, they offer...
Ok ambience. Nothing great. Clean enough. Absolutely abysmal bahn mi sandwich comprised of 5 pieces of fried tofu, a scant smattering of shredded lettuce...
This restaurant is terrible. It's a total rip off. I hate to say it, but charging $4 for a 10oz tree top apple juice is ridiculous. The portion sizes for the prices they charge are also incredibly small. I...
I have visited this restaurant several times and I believe it is on a downward trend. My wife ordered a Tofu dish for $10 and was served only 3 small pieces of Tofu along with a few onions, carrots, and other basic vegetables. When we finished, the server mentioned that we should have asked for more Tofu, but she never checked in on us during our meal and only mentioned this as we were paying. The food quality is good, but the prices are high (Sandwiches-$6.95) for what is offered. After visiting about 20 times, I will be searching for a new Vietnamese restaurant to try.
Always great food and service topped off with bubble tea. Worth the trip to Canyon Park.
