Prime Steakhouse Bothell
Prime Steakhouse Bothell
Description
New on the scene, this Eastside steakhouse pairs refined table service with reliably excellent food—from happy-hour marrow bones and steak bites to generous prime rib sandwiches and standout short ribs. Brunch is robust (Chicken & Waffles, chicken-fried steak, avocado toast), portions are generous and prices reasonable. The large, well-stocked bar turns out memorable cocktails, though wine choices are limited; the bartenders are friendly. Minimalist decor creates a lively, sometimes noisy room and parking can be tight, but the mood suits dates and steak lovers alike.

We are already huge fans of the original Prime Steakhouse in Redmond. One night, when the Redmond location was closed due to a fan issue, we decided to visit this location instead. The steaks here are fantastic, and the bar is impressive—I'll say that the Eastside Manhattan is among the best I've ever had. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff has always been friendly. This location features a larger bar than the one in Redmond, though parking can be a bit tricky. If you're in Redmond or Bothell and looking for a delicious steak without traveling to Bellevue or Seattle, you should definitely check out Prime. It's also a great spot for a romantic date!
This restaurant is fantastic! The short ribs are especially outstanding. We've visited several times over the past few months, and we've never been let down by the food or service. While the drink and wine selection is somewhat limited, the quality is excellent and doesn't disappoint. The bartenders are all very friendly. However, one downside is that the bar chairs are about 2 to 3 inches too low for the bar and tables in the area, making you feel like a child at the adult's table.
I visited this restaurant for the first time last week and I can’t wait to return! The entire menu looked enticing. I ordered the steak bites from the happy hour menu, and they were fantastic, served with a side of taro chips. My boyfriend had the prime rib sandwich, which was massive, largely due to the thick bread. The wine was delightful as well. The atmosphere was lovely. I’m eagerly anticipating my next visit!
Friendly staff and a fantastic steak. The restaurant is somewhat noisy, even though it was only half full, likely due to the minimalistic decor. If they could reduce the noise levels, it would truly be a five-star experience.
New restaurant alert! The table service was outstanding, with an attentive server who was always helpful but never intrusive. I only tried the happy hour menu, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend the marrow bones and the prime rib sandwich. The portion sizes were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.
