Two of us finished the entire pie in just two days, only stretching it out because we didn’t want it to be gone in one sitting. After this experience, I can confidently say that everything they make must be delicious!

Just minutes befo... read more I called Hillcrest Bakery yesterday and spoke with Alyssa (hope I spelled her name right), and she was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. Just minutes before reaching out to this bakery, I had a terrible experience with a manager at another bakery who bullied me, saying the custom wedding cake I ordered—with purple frosting and pink and blue flowers—wouldn’t look good and that they wouldn’t make it. I was in tears! Thankfully, a wonderful family member recommended Hillcrest Bakery, and Alyssa took my order, helping me get everything just right. Now, I’m so much more excited for my wedding day because of this experience, and I can’t wait to see and taste the cake. Alyssa truly deserves a raise for her outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for turning my awful day around; I’m truly grateful to have spoken with such a kind person after everything I went through.

Even though I placed the order late, with only two weeks' notice, they accommodated us and created a beautiful replica of the original wedding cake—just for a much smaller group. The ordering process was incredibly smooth, especially since I live out of state and handled everything through email and phone. They delivered and set up the cake perfectly at the restaurant. Our guests loved the cake, and I also appreciated how easy it was to navigate their menu options. Thank you, Hillcrest Bakery!

Each year, my family indulges in a fantastic selection of treats for Christmas, and I haven't found any bakery that can match the quality here. Their donuts are truly exceptional, and the sausage pastries are nothing short of amazing. I would honestly rate this place a perfect 10 out of 5. Their cakes have become an essential part of our birthday celebrations, and we love stopping by for treats whenever we're in Bothell Landing. I’m especially fond of the marzipan cakes and the Dutch anis brot. Ordering over the phone is easy and hassle-free, and their turnaround time is remarkably swift. I placed an order for an 8-inch round cake on Friday and picked it up the very next day.
