What Kaitlyn Ersek doesn't like about Graham's Royaltea:
Positives: good tasting tea, good sandwiches, beautiful china sets, good customer serviceNegatives:-For the price they are charging, they are using pre bought tea bags instead of loose leaf except for a small selection-the scones were hard, the eclair was hard-the Jasmine tea was oversteeped-low quality napkins-no natural lighting, not great atmosphere-gaudy/tacky environment-music played on a small speaker-bathroom... I brought my friend here to celebrate her retirement. it is the first time that either was from us and we both were very satisfied with the atmosphere and the customer service was fantastic. our server was melissa and she was brilliant, explained everything on our tablet and helped us decide which tee we want to order. She checked us several times to make sure we had everything we needed, or if she could get us something else. the owner also came out to imagine and assure us that we were happy. I will tell others about our experience and recommend this place. I'm back.
I really couldn't be woken with this place anymore. the inner is the epitome of the charming atmosphere is a beautiful mixture of elegance cute. very reminds of alice in the wonderland, but not so much that it visits as taxable adult badly. the tea-time packages come with everything they would expect from a classic afternoon tee, with several options to choose. the article that deals with this business is the tea mosaic. the owner breaks tees in simple syrups, then mixes them in champagne to create the most wonderful spin on the classic brunch spin. the venue offers various possibilities for holidays and special events. bottom line: they run (not too foot) to this facility and go for the tee package of the queen hana.
Tasty tea and teatime snacks/Treats. the ladies who served were very human not in any case snobbish or superior. that made the time very comfortable and unforgettable. really beautiful decoration. I hope to go back for another special occasion. ?
I loved the “Spooktacular Haunted Halloween Tea Party” yesterday! My husband and I dressed up as CareBears and attended the 4:30pm adult seating. The teas, purple potion champagne cocktails, spiderweb soup, and afternoon tea finger foods were all fantastic! We were happy to see other diners and staff were in costumes as well. The atmosphere was awesome, with the dim lighting, creepy decor, and ghost floating above on the ceiling. The only small downside was that there was supposed to be a ghost story about the ghost haunting the building Graham’s RoyalTea is in, but that didn’t end up happening. Still though, it was an cool and delicious experience on Halloween night! We hope to come back in the future for more events. ??
