Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bothell

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was incredibly rude. They completely messed up my order and then suggested that if I wasn't satisfied, I should just go to another restaurant. Is this really the best Chipotle can do? They should hire someone who is at least decent and respectful towards customers. I used to love Chipotle and would go there every week, but after this, I won't be coming back.

It's one of those very skimpy chipotles. I don't blame the staff, that's always down to the owner/management. Also, the sour cream and salad dressing were both off. Tasted weird, dressing was chunky, and the sc had black stuff in it. Honestly, I'd give em 1 more shot because the drive thru is convenient but if it's the same I'll never go back...

Dishonesty is the biggest flaw in any business. This is the third time I've been overcharged. I felt embarrassed to confront them the first two times, so I didn’t say anything, but now it’s happened again within the span of a month. They are charging me for extras that I never asked for or agreed to. Be cautious, everyone! (They did issue a refund, though.)

We love Chipotle! No matter where you go in terms of location you are guaranteed to find great food, can make and arrange your own choices to suit your mood or taste on any given day. Whether you're in the mood for a bowl or a burrito the flavors are consistently fantastic and very satisfying! Don't forget to ask for chip!!!Dietary restrictions: You have the options to choose whatever you like. There are tons of great roasted veggies and herbed riceKid-friendliness: Kids love rice and beans and meat!!! They are super friendly and whose kids don't like cheese quesadillas and chips!?
