They conveniently forgot to include chips with my Chips and Guacamole, and my Burrito Bowl was extremely spicy and lacked some ingredients. Additionally, instead of the soft tacos I ordered, I received hard tacos in my Three Tacos order. They usually do a great job with my orders, so I was puzzled by what went wrong today.

They completely messed up my order and then suggested that if I wasn't satisfied, I should just go to another restaurant. Is this really the best Chipotle can do? They should hire someone who is at least decent and respectful towards customers. I used to love Chipotle and would go there every week, but after this, I won't be coming back.
