Amaro Bistro offers a wonderful atmosphere and elegant interior perfect for a romantic date night. With outstanding Italian cuisine at reasonable prices, the restaurant is a favorite among customers. While some have experienced challenges in getting additional drinks after their meal, the overall experience has been positive. Met friends we hadn’t seen in quite a while and Amaros was the perfect place for casual dining with great food and service
Great food, and attentive but not overbearing service. Becoming our goto restaurant
The chicken, steak and pizza were liked by others. I thought the ravioli was too salty, not as much as before and what happen to the pine nuts. The pine nuts add so much
The food and service at Amaro is excellent. I LOVE the filet. Melts in your mouth tender

The service from our waitress was outstanding. I regret not getting her name. It was a wonderful experience as usual.
Great place for a great happy hour meeting. Quiet and able to discuss business over great food.
Zach, Sherman, Andre, Brandan and the rest of the crew consistently provide a world class dining experience.
It is disappointing that getting additional drinks after our meal is always a challenge. We are usually only served one drink before our meal and maybe one when the meal is served. If we want anything further, we have to flag down wait staff, often not our assigned wait staff, to get their attention. It seems like there is an unspoken two drink maximum policy. This has happened on more than one occasion with different wait staff, which I find odd. Despite this, we enjoy the place and the food.

Our first time there and it was great! We all enjoyed our entrée. We had the pork shank, the salmon and risotto, and a dish with scallops and steak. My favorite was the affogato with vanilla ice cream to complete our dinner. An upscale neighborhood Italian restaurant with a nice casual atmosphere. The food was good, with the roast chicken being exceptional (although the risotto it was served with was just drowning in butter and not balanced. We had a nice appetizer and my wife had the gnocci, which were good, too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
What a terrible experience! I dined here with my family on July 7. Our server was Andre. He was attentive and friendly. He first asked if we’d like some bread. We said yes not knowing that we would be charged $18 for 3 baskets of bread. Most of the food we ordered was salty and not tasty at all. Carbonara was not edible and we had to send it back. When we got the bill of $537.10, we notice the 3.5% charge and 20% of gratitude for a large group. It was just waste of money. Would never recommend this restaurant! Upon entering, we found it to be a lovely place, and it just so happened to be Happy Hour! Most of the Happy Hour menu items were priced at $3 or $5, with the only exception being a generously sized pizza for $7—what a steal! Our bartender, who also served us, was fantastic. He brought us the menu and was very helpful, giving us an idea of portion sizes and preparation methods. Since we were quite hungry, everything looked enticing. We ordered bruschetta, calamari, prawns, and a house specialty pizza. The bruschetta was simple yet delicious, made with diced tomatoes, olive oil, and basil piled on two slices of grilled bread. Next came the prawns, which were perfectly seasoned and cooked—four per order, and we ordered two. The calamari was prepared as a stew with capers and olives in a tomato-based sauce, bursting with flavor, especially the capers. The pizza featured a nice thin crust topped with house-made pulled pork and meatballs—simply perfect! Pete, our bartender, was well-informed about the wine selection and mentioned that the entire staff is passionate about wine. A fun perk offered by the owner is the opportunity for customers to purchase a bottle of wine to take home at just 30% above cost, which is cheaper than retail! Since we're in town for another night, we will definitely be returning to Amaro Bistro tonight!
The food was wonderful and all the staff were VERY friendly. We sat in front of the kitchen at a very nice bar, where we were able to observe the kitchen staff as they prepared and baked our pizza in a real wood fired style pizza oven! Our cocktails an draught beers were great as well. Lots of fun!!!
I have been wanting to try this place since it opened! A girlfriend and I went for a ladies day and the food was excellent! The prices were high because Amaro serves elegant dishes. We tried so many things including their wine and it was great! We ordered so much food including starters on their HAPPY HOUR menu we were full before our entrées were served.. My entrée was the steak salad it was definitely one of the best. Great portions and great prices even on HAPPY HOUR! The Bellevue Daniels is our usual hot spot but considering traffic Amaro has been added to list
Fantastic HH. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Warm ambiance. Delicious food. High quality selections. Perfectly priced. Definitely a new favorite of mine. Highly recommend.

I've visited this restaurant several times and always have a great experience! They offer an excellent selection of wines. I recently tried the carbonara, and it was absolutely delicious—plus, I had enough left over for another meal! The staff are incredibly friendly. I usually make a reservation, but it seems like walk-ins don't have to wait too long. It can get a bit noisy inside during busy hours, but if you have the option, I highly recommend sitting outside!
