What Jimmy G 2nd doesn't like about 90 Degree Bangkok Cafe:
Pad see ew noodles were way too salty! I’m not sure if the owners are reading the reviews because there are other reviews that say the same thing about the saltiness. We ordered fried spring rolls, seafood pad see ew, and garlic lover’s chicken. At first the prices of the menu items seem very good, but if you add any beef or shrimp or seafood it gets very expensive like $20+ each. The best tasting dish was the fried... View all feedback.
Disappointing. My family and I visited from Houston, TX and were very excited to have some Thai food. I picked up this food on time and had it warm. The servers were kind enough to offer some chili hot oil and utensils. We know good Thai food and were VERY dissatisfied with the quality of food. The presentation and flavors were mediocre, the noodles and “spicy” basil fried rice had a weird texture and was very bland, and the Panang curry didn’t even have the right color. Also you have to pay for a side of rice because “it’s dinner time”. Lastly, the green tea ice cream tasted like powder and had a residue after each bite. It’s not ice cream. The servers were kind and helpful, but that cannot make up for the lack of quality in food and the high price point.
Not sure if utensils are standard in a takeout order, but we didn’t get any. Had to return for the utensils and napkins. The rice was wrapped in plastic and then in a box, very strange. The spring rolls were also wrapped in plastic, which can be confusing, since rice wraps are also clear. Not quite sure about the food quality, but both of us didn’t feel very good after eating the food. Also prices are quite high. Service: Take out

At first the prices of the menu items seem very good, but if you add any beef or shrimp or seafood it gets very expensive like $20+ each. The best tasting dish was the fried spring rolls. After we received our dishes, the service was horrible. The server was mainly focused on take-out orders and answering the phone instead of checking in on us. Also the kitchen is very exposed to the restroom area.
Great Thai place in Bothell. Will Definitely recommend. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Gyoza, Vegetable Lover with Tofu
