This restaurant experience was awful. I had to wait 45 minutes for my subpar meal, and they even got my order wrong. The place is a total disappointment.
Ordered 8 pieces original meal with potatoes/grave and koleslaw. Forget the smallest pieces of huh I've ever seen and harder than crispy! actual size compares with a 1.5 oz campari tomaten and baby dill pickle! lesbian! Actually I hit all the way back to borger to correct or come up a meal if I come and take it tomorrow only!
Worst customer service of my life, pulled up to the window the lady yelled at me to pull up closer even the I was parallel to the window. She gave me my card basically threw my card back at me. I asked who the manager was she said “me” and slammed the window on my face before I could ask for some silverware. Not the first time I’ve had this incident with the same lady.
After going through the drive-thru and waiting for 15 minutes, our meal was finally brought to us. We drove 45 miles back home only to find that the gravy was cold and watered down, the corn had been left in a warm box for too long, and the mac and cheese was disgusting. The chicken was the only thing that tasted good. When I tried to call to complain, no one answered the phone. Considering the price we paid, we will not be returning to this restaurant.
New nuggets are great!! Still way overpriced!!
