You shouldn't be demanding people to use your kiosk to order food. You're losing customers over it. I've seen people walk out. If you're wanting more drive thru business, you're getting it. Go back to clerks taking orders.
Not only am I completely unsatisfied I am furious this is completely ridiculous, how do u get an order so simple wrong . Y?all had one job and didn?t do it not only did I ask for extra Mac sauce I said NO pickles, My fiancé also found hair in his food.Do better Borger McDonald?s this is ridiculous If I could I?d leave zero stars.
Horrible customer service and time management skills waited over 15 minutes for 2 coffees. Asked for coffees or our money back and they refused to give us our money back.
Even if there able was another McDonald's in the area I'll still stick with one, they're great at their service.
This McDonald's is highly unprofessional. I ordered two mcdoubles with max sauce Xtra pickles and they gave me one with Mac sauce. We also ordered two mcdoubles and we got one the right way and the other with nothing but ketchup on it and we can't evencall the store directly to talk to them about it cause it directs us to a basic number that has no connection to this particularstore.
