Not good...This establishment is going down hill at a fast pace...Hear others complaining all the time about the service you don't get at this location...You wa... read more Not good...This establishment is going down hill at a fast pace...Hear others complaining all the time about the service you don't get at this location...You wait online with other customers just to watch the employees text on there phones...You get to watch them jump around and play in the kitchen area...There may be 6 to 8 employees there, but only maybe 2 are working...Like I said, the others are standing at the coke fountain area, or texting, or jumping around playing in the kitchen area...wow...what happened to customer service...B_u_r_g_e_r K_i_n_g where are you...Come back to Borger...

The place wasnt super busy or anything and it took an hour for us to get 2 burgers and some nuggets. Workers refused to even talk to us when we tried asking what was taking so long after initially waiting 30 mins. They ignored us and only responded after 45 mins and it was someone who just came back from break who even acknoledged us!!!

When I got t... read more Was picking up a 40 piece nugget for 8 kids having a get together to share. 5 each. Closest McDonald's is almost an hour drive to a different town. When I got to the house to divide the meals the first box that said 20 only had 16 in it and the second box that said 20 only had 19. McDonald's needs to teach their workers to count. Very very disappointed kids when it got to the 7th kid and they only had four and none left for the 8th.

We also ordered two mcdoubles... read more This McDonald's is highly unprofessional. I ordered two mcdoubles with max sauce Xtra pickles and they gave me one with Mac sauce. We also ordered two mcdoubles and we got one the right way and the other with nothing but ketchup on it and we can't evencall the store directly to talk to them about it cause it directs us to a basic number that has no connection to this particularstore.
