It was busy. Must have been a rush from the school. There was a line of kids ordering. I waited for about 30 minutes to order. I saw at least 10 people go back because their order was wrong. My order was wrong. I ordered a big Mac meal and got a mcdouble. My fries were cold. Seems like they are too worried about getting orders out fast instead of getting them out right. The only thing that was right was my soda (I made it myself). Very disappointed in their service. I could hear the employees yelling at one another. They need better management for sure. I will not be going back.

We had to order kiosk, which is a stuffed ordering method. they will finally meet the right combination, but whoever programmed it did not take much care of intuitive function. their best bet is to pay by loadwriting or credit, because cash customers must pay at the switch. the problem with this plan is that their order is not filled until they have paid for it. trying to get a McDonalds employee in the register is like bone fishing at the florida keys. you have to have endless geduld and know how to dress them. the tassen for their drinks must be delivered after the payment to the theke (how did this improve the Covid-19 isolation, which was the reason for closing the register after a long wait, our food was handed over to us and the process was completed. or it was, unless they had to go back to ketchup packages, as they only ask them (where is the condiment ordering screen at the kiosk overall, I say this: I will only go to this mcdonald’s location when my enkelkinders nag me into it. eating is still typical mcdonald' tariff, but it is too much annoying compared to other almost food places in borger.
Just went through the drive thru and before I ordered I asked if they had blueberry creme pies available. I was told yes they did so I ordered 4. I paid for my meal and went to get food. I am then told they have no blueberry and asked if I wanted to wait. It takes 12 minutes for those things to cook, which means cold food. They asked if I wanted anything else and I said no and asked for my money back. I was told no refunds. What kind of business are they running that if their employee says they have a product and they don't that they do not refund the customers money? Bad business and no excuse to rip a customer off.
Ordered 2 adult meals, 1 kids meal: gave us no straws with our drinks and gave us no fries with our order! Took a little while to get to us but they still jipped us.
