Great BBQ and great service. I would put thier BBQ up against any around and in Texas we have lots of amazing BBQ! The choice of teas is amazing as well. Don't forget to get some banana pudding to top it all off! View all feedback.
The food was spot on. I had the brisket frito pie, which was generously portioned for two people. The brisket had a fantastic flavor with a nice smoke ring and a smoky taste. I expected it to have chili, but it didn’t. No complaints overall.
Absolutely delicious! Every dish is full of flavor. Don’t miss the banana pudding!
I heard about Hipshots from some fellow tradesmen on a job and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Boomtown Burrito, and it was incredibly filling. Packed with meats, beans, potatoes, and Fritos, all smothered in cheese, it was definitely worth the $15. The Actually Hot BBQ sauce was perfectly tangy and spicy, complementing the meat wonderfully. The tea was good, though I think it could be a bit sweeter. They offer plenty of flavored tea options, both sweetened and unsweetened. I'll be returning as soon as I can.

First time here I'm from Austin area. I ordered the Calamity Jane with brisket and sausage. Brisket was spot on, sausage was rubber, mac and cheese was very good. I drank the Billy Wayne tea, that was Awesome
