The pastries are very good, but it is rare to meet such unpleasant merchants, as if we were to consider as an honor they serve us. Pay attention to your currency, mistakes are frequent. This bakery was my highlight in Bordeaux. It was part of our Bakery tour with a wonderful guide, Nikesh. The Bakery specializes in a thick crusted loaf of bread, originally baked for sailors, as the wood baking creates a moist texture with a marvelous crust.
