Think of an old fashioned steakhouse where you expect to see Frank Sinatra seated in a corner table. The wine selection is extensive. You can purchase a reasonably priced bottle or a very expensive bottle. Antonio is one of the most knowledgeable sommelier’s I have met. We drank a 1966 bottle and he expertly opened it and decanted it. The wine was a perfect match for our meal. The rack of lamb is so flavorful. It has mint mixed in the seasoning but not overpowering. The steak filet is prepared table side and an experience not to be missed. The filet is served with a mushroom wine sauce- you will ask for a second piece of bread to soak up the sauce. Dessert was crepes prepared table side. Overall, an amazing experience. Great food and great service.
