The mango salad was unique. I observed the chef remove the shrimp paste that was originally on top of the mango slices when he realized I requested it without shrimp paste. He then rinsed the salad under water before serving it to me. The salad only had chopped onions, diced tomatoes, and sliced mango. It was underwhelming.
