Los Indios Bravos - Boracay
Los Indios Bravos
Description
After multiple attempts to secure a reservation, we finally sampled the offerings at this Mediterranean restaurant. While the samosas contained dairy and could not be made vegan, the staff demonstrated a commendable understanding of dietary restrictions. Their knowledge was evident, despite some miscommunication regarding the mezze platter, which was mistakenly labeled as vegan due to hidden yogurt. However, the highlight was the delicious vegetable samosas paired with tangy chutneys. Overall, the kitchen's willingness to accommodate various dietary needs contributed to a satisfying meal, making it a promising spot for vegan and vegetarian diners alike.

Had not the samosas in Veg option. falafel with yogurt even tho mentioned we were vegan
The kitchen here was very understand what is vegan and what the restrictions are and they were very accommodating to ensure that we ended with a great meal. we had the samosas and falafel and both were delicious.
To start off, my friends and I attempted to dine at this restaurant three times. The first two times, they were fully booked so we made a reservation for the third try. Unfortunately, we discovered that the samosas were not vegan, as they contained dairy. The waiter kindly informed us about this, although they mentioned that the dish could not be made vegan. Despite this, I appreciated their knowledge about the ingredients. I ended up ordering the Mediterranean mezze, which was listed as vegan on the menu but came with yogurt. I double-checked with the waiter about the dairy content, and they were unsure so they offered to check with the chef. Unfortunately, they never returned with an answer. Overall, the service was a bit confusing but the food was decent.
