Couldnt go inside and eat or order. Yet doors were unlocked to go inside. After standing there like an idiot. A contract person said. I think there not open.. so I went bk out to car and waited in line. Food was good. Decent amt of bacon on biscuit. Price wasnt bad. 3 biscuits. 11$ bucks

When I realized that half of my order was missing and called to address the issue, I was simply told to come back, despite being 20 minutes away and on my way out of town. They didn’t even take my name or offer any compensation. I wouldn't recommend this place. Other restaurants can often resolve issues over the phone, but not Bojangles. It feels like they just don’t care.

However, I’ve ordered from here through DoorDash several times, and most of the time, items we ordered were missing. Today, two entire meals were left out of our order. I understand they have a lot going on, but I really think that DoorDash orders should receive the same attention as those placed in the restaurant.
