Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits
Bojangles' Famous Chicken 'n Biscuits
Description
Bojangles has received mixed reviews lately, with some customers experiencing issues such as missing food items, rude service, and slow drive-thrus. However, others have praised the food and friendly staff. One customer even described Bojangles as "an angel sent to North Carolina to bless us with a smorgasbord of delicious biscuit pleasures." Despite the ups and downs, it seems that Bojangles continues to be a popular choice for many customers, especially those craving a Cajun chicken biscuit.

The drive-thru service was extremely slow. When I realized that half of my order was missing and called to address the issue, I was simply told to come back, despite being 20 minutes away and on my way out of town. They didn’t even take my name or offer any compensation. I wouldn't recommend this place. Other restaurants can often resolve issues over the phone, but not Bojangles. It feels like they just don’t care.
I absolutely adore this Bojangles—the food is fantastic and the staff are friendly. However, I’ve ordered from here through DoorDash several times, and most of the time, items we ordered were missing. Today, two entire meals were left out of our order. I understand they have a lot going on, but I really think that DoorDash orders should receive the same attention as those placed in the restaurant.
I visited the drive-thru at 6:58 PM on a Friday and asked about ordering a 20-piece tailgate meal since I was feeding 10 people. Unfortunately, I was informed that they didn’t have enough chicken available at that time. I offered to wait for more, but I was told that they couldn't cook any more chicken for the night. I couldn't help but wonder what they planned to do until closing time at 11 PM. I tried calling their other location three times but received no answer, which is understandable given how busy and short-staffed everyone is right now. So, I decided to go to KFC instead. They had everything I needed already prepared, and it ended up costing me about $25-$30 less than what I usually spent at Bojangles. Plus, everything was fresh! I generally love Bojangles, but this experience was quite disappointing.
Like many places, they were understaffed, but they handled it well at 6 a.m. Service was faster than I expected. My order was accurate, and the drive-thru attendant was friendly.
Couldnt go inside and eat or order. Yet doors were unlocked to go inside. After standing there like an idiot. A contract person said. I think there not open.. so I went bk out to car and waited in line. Food was good. Decent amt of bacon on biscuit. Price wasnt bad. 3 biscuits. 11$ bucks
