we ordered us right before closing time and they were out of a few options we wanted. ordered 6 cookies and a bottle of milk. when ethan showed up with our order, he surprised us with a sortiment of 12 cookies and two bottles of milk, as they were from what we wanted and to deliver one. so sweet and gratitude and the cookies were deelish! especially the seeerdoodle! What User doesn't like about Insomnia Cookies:
Not a fan! The staff is rude and condescending. Somehow it was our problem that we didn't already know what was out of stock without asking. No signs to tell you, you just had to ask, and with exasperated eyerolls we were led to buy the bare minumum of what they had left hours before closing as though we were the jerks for having come in to order something. Omg I loveee this place. Every cookie I've ever tried has been so good. Lately, I've stuck with old-fashioned chocolate chip though ? I loveeee Insomnia. I've actually driven an hour and a half just to go there before ? ..so put one in Hickory NC!!!!!
I accidentally pooped my pants in line. They discriminated against me since I pooped. Still, gave 2 stars since the Salmon and lobster was IGHT .

So sweet and thoughtful and the cookies were deelish! Especially the Sickerdoodle!
WOW! This place is amazing. Cookies are delicious and the options are great. I had a cookie with white chocolate Macadamia nuts on the top and peanut chip on the bottom, with a bowl of vanilla ice cream in between. What an incredible treat. The woman who worked the counter was quick and helpful. The prices are a little high (the mathematics does not work completely as they 'choice' the cookie, but oh good, it's okay, it's a treat for a reason.
Best cookies I've ever eaten. Double chocolate and oat flakes are particularly good. Great selection of flavors also. They also deliver and ship.
