Very good food made by the passionate chef and cook pizza, tapas, gratins, great rumpsteaks and schnitzels with a constant high quality. Great selection of beers from the tap Budweiser (the original Czech one, not the...horrible american... , Jever, Früh Kölsch, Andechser. Very nice staff. Great and cosy athmosphere. Typical pub for students many of those have finshed university decades ago, which creates a very diverse and friendly community.

Beers are well kept (especially the Jever , food is good and portions are massive, especially the pizzas and the gratins. One drawback is there is no beergarden or outside seating so...it's more a winter watering hole. Mixed clientele: students, families, business people, even the odd local celeb! Can also get a bit smoky in the bar late on (smoking ban? what smoking ban? and there is one whole room that is given over to the nicotine addicts, which is often empty and hence a waste of a large space.
