What I particularly enjoyed: Atmosphere: Quaint, cozy, and steeped in history. The decor exudes a wonderful charm that makes you feel instantly welcome. Food: The cuisine is down-to-earth and honest. The portions are generous and taste fantastic – true comfort food! The Rhineland classics are especially recommended. Service: Despite the restaurant being packed, the staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and typically Rhineland quick-witted. You can tell they put their heart and soul into their work. Location: Situated right in the heart of Bonn 's Old Town, the Gasthaus Stiefel is the perfect starting point or destination for an evening out. Conclusion: Whether for a cold beer after work or a hearty dinner with friends – the Stiefel is an institution that lives up to its reputation. I will definitely come back!
