Called made a reservation. Got there, were the only customers, should have bolted. Employees milling about, but slow service. Charged 5 bucks to switch from spaetzel to purple cabbage. My rouladen was teeny and over-cooked. Beef was dry as Texas. Was the chef distracted with all the other orders? Nope, we’re the only customers. If you live in Central Texas, then you have to visit Little Gretel. Traditional Czech cuisine with a hill country flair. We are there almost every weekend for the best pancakes I’ve ever had!
