Great food. Loves the historic building wonderful ambience. This building has an incredible story in Boerne and they have an amazing wall in the back that documents their history. This is a wonderful place to meet a friend for lunch or breakfast or just coffee. My favourite is her delicious quiche Lorraine in the perfect crust and it comes with fresh fruit. You have many delicious dishes! View all feedback.

Amazing food, atmosphere and staff.... French Toast is out of this world and by far my favorite... The chicken salad is a must try!!! I can't help but shopping in the boutique afterwards every time I go. So many options and beautiful clothes to wear! DEF one of my favorite spots in Boerne and can't wait to bring my family, friends and visitors to the Dienger Trading Co : The owners always come and greet us and we got to meet a local artist today. My daughter was ecstatic!!!!
Stopped in on a whim while driving through Boerne on Sunday morning for their brunch. Ordered the Egg White Frittata and breakfast street tacos. Both were excellent. We had a little wait they were busy but all staff were courteous (and working hard to serve! They also have coffee shop and delicious looking baked goods. (Also a boutique but we did not visit. Their Magic Bars and brownies are so good and as big as a brick!
While staying in Boerne, we finally had the chance to eat at The Dienger. The staff were so friendly, and the owner was making the rounds and saying hello to everyone. Our food was delicious as well as the coffee. We really enjoyed the French toast, Joseph’s Omelet, and Chicken Fried Steak Eggs Benedict. We will certainly eat here again when in the area.
