Never ate here just had 2 drinks at the Bar Miguel the Bartender from Miami FL was top notch.

Terrible service, poor food quality, and overprice. We just needed something after walking around crown center and should have stopped at any fast food place because it would have been better than this.
We stay at the Westin when we are in KC, and we thought we try out dinner. Staff seemed overwhelmed so we were patient and still gave a good tip, even though the food was not okay and long wait times. What is up with the appetizers? Only 3 pieces, and dinner was not hot, nor warm, but cold. Not sure if we will eat here again.
Breakfast has been delicious! Dinner was good too. Seriously understaffed! The servers were amazing, trying their best. Need more than one spot to eat and drink in this hotel.
