The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and are always ready to offer suggestions if you're visiting for the first time! My friends have tried a few items from the menu, and nobody has ever had anything to complain about. It's definitely worth the wait if there's a line. They also have some fantastic desserts, like macarons, and if you're lucky, they often bring out pastries too!

However, the only disappointment was the tapioca pearls, which were quite hard and seemed like they had been out for too long.

The drinks are truly delightful, and I have no complaints at all. The tapioca pearls are fantastic and have noticeably improved recently. I also want to mention that the staff, particularly Kelsey and Lupe, are always so kind and patient when explaining the menu. I highly recommend Sencha to my friends and family!
