Sencha Tea

4.4 / 5 (386 reviews)

Description

Tucked inside the Mall of America, Sencha Tea delivers a customizable bubble-tea experience with standout lychee and Thai milk latte options, improving tapioca pearls, and occasional macarons and pastries. Knowledgeable staff frequently guide newcomers and recommend favorites, creating a friendly, reliable stop for shoppers and tea fans. Expect a compact kiosk with high foot traffic—popular enough to draw lines—and occasional lapses in attention from certain team members. Overall, it’s a delightful mall detour for anyone craving variety and expertly mixed tea drinks.

Disappointed with the customer service i got with the lady with brown hair.I work in the mall and always have great customer service etiquette.. and don’t understand why i got treated with such bad service when i was confused with the menu.. she embarrassed me and wasnt helpful at all.

The drinks are great but what keeps me coming back is how friendly the baristas are, every time I come in they make me feel welcome! the manager is very knowledgeable about tea, and always has great recommendations!

The staff here are absolutely wonderful and eager to describe the various drinks and their flavors. I've never experienced such excellent service, especially in a mall setting!

The milk tea was excellent, and I appreciated the variety of options on the menu, including the selection of teas to take away. However, the only disappointment was the tapioca pearls, which were quite hard and seemed like they had been out for too long.

The woman with short hair needs to be addressed; I've seen some other reviews mentioning this as well. While I really enjoy Sencha's drinks, I tend to avoid this particular location at the Mall of America because the staff often make customers feel like a nuisance for simply ordering drinks.
