I can't imagine working in this controlled chaos everyday- must be brutal shifts. Somehow, they pull it off and all things considered, they crank out food.

We orde... read more My family and I traveled from Chicago to the Mall of America for an early vacation. Unfortunately, our first negative experience was at this restaurant. We ordered 3 kids' chicken quesadilla meals with juice and sides, as well as 2 bowls - one with chicken and the other with beef. The kids didn't receive their drinks or sides, and the meat was cold. Additionally, the dishes were dry and lacked any accompanying sides. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.
