This place is so bad, i would give it a zero. but i can’t so i give it a one. terrible customer service. the line was a mess as well. lettuce was visibly old. horrible attitude from older employee. if you’re visiting the mall i recommend taking your business elsewhere
My family and I traveled from Chicago to the Mall of America for an early vacation. Unfortunately, our first negative experience was at this restaurant. We ordered 3 kids' chicken quesadilla meals with juice and sides, as well as 2 bowls - one with chicken and the other with beef. The kids didn't receive their drinks or sides, and the meat was cold. Additionally, the dishes were dry and lacked any accompanying sides. Overall, it was a disappointing meal.
