Subway quality really comes down to the quality of the staff and unfortunately that 's hit and miss at this location. Sometimes I get a person that actually see... read more Subway quality really comes down to the quality of the staff and unfortunately that 's hit and miss at this location. Sometimes I get a person that actually seems to care about their job. They make a good sandwich by spreading out the meat, cheese, vegetables, and sauces evenly. They don 't overload the sandwich and they push it down midway through. In short, they take their time to do a good job and they 're also friendly and professional.But most of the time I get a person that just slops the sandwich together as fast as humanly possible. I have to spend time 'fixing ' my sandwich after I receive it, and I usually need to throw away some food because it was overloaded. These people see customers as nothing more than burdens and I 'm lucky if they even look at or greet me.My advice is that the business owner regularly review and coach his or her employees in order to improve their customer service skills so that quality is more consistent.

When the staff member finally returns, he has his headphones in and doesn't hear me properly.

I stopped by after work and saw a sign that said they would be back in 5 minutes or less. I waited for ten minutes before deciding to leave. It seemed like some... read more I stopped by after work and saw a sign that said they would be back in 5 minutes or less. I waited for ten minutes before deciding to leave. It seemed like someone could have come in to assist customers. Maybe they went to North Star for a drink instead. I won't be returning.
