When the staff member finally returns, he has his headphones in and doesn't hear me properly.

It seemed like some... read more I stopped by after work and saw a sign that said they would be back in 5 minutes or less. I waited for ten minutes before deciding to leave. It seemed like someone could have come in to assist customers. Maybe they went to North Star for a drink instead. I won't be returning.

The prices are lower than at most Subways, which is a nice bonus. Our kids also appreciate the variety of healthy options available, especially after their evening school events. It's definitely a place they love to visit!
