When I informed her that... read more The customer service at the drive-thru window was absolutely terrible. The woman working there clearly had no interest in being there. When I informed her that she had given us incorrect change, she responded rudely and defensively. After we showed her the mistake, she had to call the store manager to issue the correct change. Unfortunately, the store manager's behavior was no better. It was unbelievable how poorly we were treated by two grown women. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I have serious doubts about its future success with such incompetent staff.

It's frustrating to wait a long time, but it's unacceptable when the person handling the buns for the next day didn't even notice the expiration date.
