Phoned the shop to ask why I had been given a cadburys flake chocolate cake, rather than the cheesecake that I ordered, her response was that they'd run out, ok no biggie but when I went on to mention that the 2 cheesecakes I had received, looked very small and rubbery. She replied that they had been told to keep cheesecakes at a minus 0 temperature, essentially freezing them to make them last longer but insisted that if I were to just leave them lying for a few hours they will be fine. No thanks doll. She offered 10% off my next order but I'll pass on that one.
