We was visiting the area for a dance competition the following day and our hotel didn't offer food. We looked this place up and the menu looked great so we booked a table. Food was delicious and staff provided great service. It was very busy, so it's obviously very popular with the locals and I'm not surprised why, with the vast menu options and delicious food. We both had the pie which was delicious. I had the cookie dough which was by far the best I have ever had and such a big portion that I felt sick when I finished haha, and my mum had the roulade which she said was the best she's had even better than M&S! Only downfall for us was car parking was an issue, there was no spaces at all and I ended up having to park in a nearby street and walking with my disabled mum. It was probably because it was so busy though, so I wouldn't be put off!

Thanks to the good weather we could sit right in front of the play area where we enjoyed lovely food. They also have a children menu, I’ve had the “mini” cod and chips (available in the midweek lunch menu) but the portion would have been an average one in any other place. Great value for money, friendly service, we’ll definitely be back if driving again through that area.

Me and my partner both had Cod and chips wich were absolutely amazing! such good flavour and a great amount of food for the price! quick service and staff were lovely when it can be difficult in that environment!

The rest of the family left majority of their food on plate.I would go again and try something else on the menu but for the price and special occasion I was expect quality very disappointing as spent £70
