Dine India
Description
Despite some negative reviews, this Indian restaurant offers a mixed dining experience. Some customers were disappointed with bland curries and lukewarm food, while others raved about the friendly staff and delicious dishes. Issues with portion sizes and quality were noted, but there were also glowing recommendations for the variety of food and fantastic service. However, prices were deemed reasonable and the overall dining experience was positive for many. With a mix of opinions, it seems that Dine India may be hit or miss depending on personal tastes and expectations.

Dine India is the best curry house around by far. The staff are so friendly too, you just couldn't ask for more!
Even though I live in Broughton Astley, I always travel to Dine India in Countesthorpe because the curries are by far the best around. The food is consistently fresh, full of flavour and the portions are very generous. Jimmy, the manager, is always around and happy to have a chat, which gives the restaurant a really friendly atmosphere. Whenever my son orders a curry, Jimmy makes sure it’s prepared nut-free, which we appreciate a lot. The restaurant also has a 5-star hygiene rating, which gives extra peace of mind. I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try if you love a good curry.
We visited Dine India on Saturday for my dad’s 80th birthday with a table of 20, and everything was absolutely spot‑on from start to finish. The team handled our large group brilliantly — the service was friendly, attentive, and nothing was too much trouble. They were more than happy to accommodate alterations to meals, and every dish that came out was delicious. It made a special day even more special!
We are so lucky to have Dine India in the village, food is great and the service is also great.
Very disappointed. Both our curries were very bland. No taste to them at all. Waiters kept forgetting my water. They had no jugs of water which was weird as usually it's a given in a curry house. Lovely restaurant to look at, nicely decked out, but sadly we won't be going again. NB Been there years ago and it was very good.
