What Dominique Doust doesn't like about Brick Oven Bakery:
Quiche was over heated. Asked for it not warmed but Its against health code to serve cold. So got hot quiche with burnt crust and bottom is soggy. Americano is weak. On the whole won't visit again View all feedback. What Dalia Bautista likes about Brick Oven Bakery:
Great spot to check out in downtown Bismarck. We all got something different (breakfast sandwich, blueberry scone, basil lemon pasta salad) and were impressed with the baked goods. Inside and outside setting, with Parisian inspired chairs. View all feedback.
