What Dominique Doust doesn't like about Brick Oven Bakery:
Quiche was over heated. Asked for it not warmed but Its against health code to serve cold. So got hot quiche with burnt crust and bottom is soggy. Americano is weak. On the whole won't visit again View all feedback.
Everything about the Brick Oven was great. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff was very nice. The food was fresh and awesome. Great atmosphere with really nice people. We Love The Brick Oven!!!

Super friendly employees, great atmosphere with outdoor seating available (also dog friendly) and amazing pastries ? will definitely be returning!
The best pastries I’ve ever had in my life! Their danishes and scones are amazing! The danishes are flaky with amazing quality bread. The coffee and tea are superb as well. One of the best spots in Bismarck.
