What Kathy O doesn't like about Ruby Tuesday:
Dining in has always been good. Take out not so much. Had a fish sandwich for the first time and the last time. The bun looked like it was soaked in grease(soggy).The fish itself looked like it was thrown into bun was in peices. To eat the sandwich the fish was taken out of the bun eaten with a fork. I took my daughter to this restaurant this evening, and it was our first time visiting. Overall, everything was wonderful! We will definitely return when we’re in Bismarck. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was pleasant. Thank you for a great experience!
The staff was very professional a n d welcoming providing exceptional service. The food was excellent for a reasonable price. Prices are average to what you would expect to pay at a restaurant. Place wasn't overpacked, especially for the time of the day (supper time), and the is sufficient parking. It wasn't difficult to find parking at all.
Girls’ night at Ruby Tuesday was fantastic. The food and drinks were exceptionally good but the highlight of our night was our wonderful waitress, Claire! She was so friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and attentive…..everything you want your server to be. She made a good night even better! Thanks, Claire!!!
We visited on Tuesday, and the first thing that struck me was the stunning Christmas decorations! They were beautifully arranged. We were seated immediately by a friendly host. Our server, Ben, did an outstanding job—he kept our drinks topped off and brought our appetizer sampler right away. My husband and daughter enjoyed the salad bar, which was fresh and well-stocked. Our food arrived quickly, piping hot, and absolutely delicious! My smokehouse burger was exceptional—super tasty and quite large. This was our first experience at Ruby Tuesday, and we were certainly not disappointed. You've definitely earned new customers!
