No soap... read more Only a couple of walkin customers and it was 30 minutes for a simple latte. Six employees. Looks like drive thru is always priority. Dirtiest bathrooms. No soap. No TP. Nothing. I quit Starbucks after my gift card ran out. Only stopped therebecause there was room for my truck.

I ordered my regular Grande Americano as i do in any Starbucks and i confirmed with the ba... read more Barista running the drive thru window seemed impatient and in a rush. I ordered my regular Grande Americano as i do in any Starbucks and i confirmed with the barista that the order was correct. When I received it, it wasn't hot, it was watered down,too sweet, and more half and half and water than espresso. I went back through the drive thru and instead of taking a moment tolisten to the issue, it seems like she got offended and upset because I asked if she could remake my drink. I told her i alwaysorder this at any starbuks and this is not how an Americano tastes. I know what it tastes like. She continued to disregard whati said, and after i raised my voice she offered to remake it in less than a minute. Now, my drink tasted worse. It tasted likewarm water with a splash of half and half and Splenda. I would not recommend coming to the Bishop Starbuks as employees seem tonot listen, and be careless of how they serve their drinks. Definitely stop into another Starbucks in town if theirs any or waituntil you travel to mammoth or any other outside town.

Stated it would be ready for pickup in 10-13min. Arrived with hungry kids. Nothing was ready to pick up or even started. Waited another 30 minutes for food. They gave obvious preference/priority to the drive thru line. Yes theywere busy but this experience was one of the worst starbucks.

Standard experience for a Starbucks. Order ahead if you're worried about waiting in line. Location is good and the staff is about what you'd expect. read more Standard experience for a Starbucks. I was 5 hours and 278 miles away when I reali... read more Accidentally left my purse with, yes, even the kitchen sink, on patio chair. Employees retrieved and protected it. I was 5 hours and 278 miles away when I realized it. Returned the following day and am ever so grateful. Loved the almondil,,chocolate,espresso shake with hot egg wrap! Really sweet employees!
