mobile application 15 min away. it would be ready for pickup in 10-13min. with hungry children. nothing was ready to pick up or even start. for 30 minutes. they gave obvious preference/priority of the drive-thru line. Yes, they were busy, but this experience was one of the worst deaducks. View all feedback.
The staff was extremely friendly. They allowed me to sit and charge my devices for a few hours while I enjoyed my coffee and a slice of pumpkin loaf.
The experience is typical for a diet-friendly restaurant. They manage the waiting times well. The location is great, and the staff meets expectations.
I drove back to the drive-thru to address the issue, but rather than taking a moment to listen, she seemed offended by my request to remake the drink. I explained that I always order this at Starbucks and that it didn’t taste like a proper americano—I know how it should taste. Despite my concerns, she didn't seem to pay much attention to what I was saying. After I raised my voice, she offered to remake the drink in less than a minute, but the new drink was even worse. It tasted like warm water with a splash of half-and-half and Splenda. I cannot recommend this location, as the staff does not listen and their service is unpredictable. I suggest finding another cafe in the city or waiting until you can travel to a different location.

Messed up my order 3 times in a row, was very rude, and ignored me when asking a question. And there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms
