After 15 minutes I go in and they didn't even start the shakes. When I finally got my shakes, my eating was freezing. they could have waited to make the food and give me all the time. I would have waited and was good. time is just a problem with the lack of value.

Burgerpatties are always cold. the cheese doesn't even melt. Morning waiting is ridiculous. I always wait 20 minutes. they are disorganized. they can literally... read more Burgerpatties are always cold. the cheese doesn't even melt. Morning waiting is ridiculous. I always wait 20 minutes. they are disorganized. they can literally see that they have no fries in the frit before the employees recognize it. then they wait an additional 10 minutes for riders as soon as their burger is finished. check their order always before leaving. more than once I made the mistake of driving 30 minutes to the house, just to realize that they did not add jalapeños or speck. big jump deserves better.

I really dislike how their drive-thru is designed so you can’t leave after waiting forever for your order, even when it’s not busy. When you finally reach the window, you often find out they messed up your meal despite clearly repeating your order over the intercom. I usually enjoy Whataburger when I’m in Texas, but this particular spot has consistently let me down. I expected little, and it still managed to disappoint. Unbelievable.

On top of that, there were no straws, napkins, or other essential... read more After taking our order to the car, we noticed the chicken was missing from the chicken basket. On top of that, there were no straws, napkins, or other essentials included. I saw two managers or team leaders who were unhelpful—one went out to her car and came back without saying a word, while the other briefly stepped out of the office and then went back inside. Despite having many employees on site, along with eight cars in the drive-thru and four customers eating inside, the service was extremely slow. It was confusing to see so many staff members yet still face such poor efficiency. I would strongly recommend avoiding this Whataburger location.
