In and out! Was really fast they only had two kiosks open so we waiting for about 5 min then decided to get in line because they were moving so slow. Line went... read more In and out! Was really fast they only had two kiosks open so we waiting for about 5 min then decided to get in line because they were moving so slow. Line went fast and we actually got our order nice and hot. Kiosks people were still there. Maybe a suggestion would be have people on the floor to assist them.

Fries cold and hard and burgers sloppy and looks like they ate it and spit it out. The lady that works nights is rude and slow. There will be 10 people working half of them standing around laughing and playing the other half running around like a chicken with its head cut off. And for a big Mac it took an hour and a half. They leave people at the drive thru order window for an eternity..I sat there just to see how long it would take and was there 1hour 27 min..Someone really needs to come retrain this whole store on customer service. Its a shame it's the only place to eat at during the night hours or I would never eat here again. Please contact of send message to email I have listed thank you

One of them had glasses on and bald and sawe twice didn't even bother to take my order ridiculous bad service..so I left that place never coming back and will spread the word of bad service by the managers on this night .

Nuggets were cold and sitting out. You could tell. Looks like a lot of people waiting for food to come out with to go orders. Didn’t get napkins in my bad. The older lady that took my order was very polite and kind and had a smile on her face.
