Firstly we asked for a light white wine and the waiter threw the wine list menu and refused to help us. When we asked for a Sauvignon blanc he replied with “oh... read more Firstly we asked for a light white wine and the waiter threw the wine list menu and refused to help us. When we asked for a Sauvignon blanc he replied with “oh you said you wanted a local wine” which we didn’t. My food then came (I had ordered tuna) and I could smell the fish before it arrived at the table. I tasted it and nearly threw up in my mouth. My colleague also said it stinks and tasted off. I complained to the waiter and he asked if I wanted something else. I said no, please can you just remove it from the bill. When the bill came I asked the waiter if it had been removed and he said no the chef said it was fine. I told him it wasn’t and that I hadn’t eaten it and he then snatched my credit card from my hand to pay for the bill. I snatched it back and asked to speak to someone else and he got very aggressive at me. Absolutely vile staff, aggressive and sexist.
