Was Giankee at Al 20 a mag?
This is a well conceived restaurant suitable for more formal dining but offering a large selection of nice think crust pizzas. Restaurant offers plenty of choices, a variety of local dishes, ample wine list with Italian and French wines. Whether you're looking for seafood, meat, or pizza, this restaurant has a choice for you. They pay attention to service and presentation, that's something you'll see straight away. I... What Anonym dislikes about Al 20:
I've been twice in the evening and had a pretty good time. Our most recent lunch experience was: Shrimp, ricotta, and lime risotto (with a couple of lime sprinkles on top as a garnish didn't wow us, but it was just about adequate... As for the Fassona steaks, however, they were a total disappointment. They arrived barely warm (a hot dish... as it should be... would have saved the situation a bit . There were some ner... Great local, friendly staff, meat is fantastic as service. integration at a distance of years from this comment my quality remains at very high levels and we always go very gladly. (one of the few places I frequent in biella)
Delicious local dishes with beautiful uncommon presentation. It's a shame to be a little dear.

Firstly we asked for a light white wine and the waiter threw the wine list menu and refused to help us. When we asked for a Sauvignon blanc he replied with “oh you said you wanted a local wine” which we didn’t. My food then came (I had ordered tuna) and I could smell the fish before it arrived at the table. I tasted it and nearly threw up in my mouth. My colleague also said it stinks and tasted off. I complained to the waiter and he asked if I wanted something else. I said no, please can you just remove it from the bill. When the bill came I asked the waiter if it had been removed and he said no the chef said it was fine. I told him it wasn’t and that I hadn’t eaten it and he then snatched my credit card from my hand to pay for the bill. I snatched it back and asked to speak to someone else and he got very aggressive at me. Absolutely vile staff, aggressive and sexist.
Lovely place, I recommend the pizza squisita that's very thin and tasty easy to digest. It's made with duck breast and cheese the topping

I particularly enjoyed the grilled octopus on a chickpea purée. For second course I had the Piedmontese Vitellone (local beef which was deliciously tender. To finish off with this nice experience, I had a nice zambaione mousse for desert. I don't think you could go wrong here! :
This restaurant serves traditional Italian dishes with a good taste and quality! Far above the average! The wines are also great! A recommended visit when you are in the Biella area!
This restaurant changed my understanding of bad food. We ordered risotto with porcini mushrooms, a beef plate and a penne with minced meat and tomato sauce. They were all incredibly disappointing. The risotto had about three pieces of mushrooms and it was served like someone has started eating it from one side. The instant Gallo risotto that I prepare is way better than this. The penne had some hard pieces, which hinted that it was cooked a while ago and was just warmed up upon our order. The beef was also of low quality, my husband was concerned about getting poisoned. This place is a shame for Italian cuisine. Please do not waste your money...

Excellent quality....the price is a little high but worth it for a special occasion.
An oasis of excellence in the heart of Biella: Ristorante Ai Venti If you're looking for a place where time seems to stand still, allowing space for sensory pleasure, Ristorante Ai Venti in Biella is an essential stop. The refined setting, meticulously curated, welcomes guests with an atmosphere of understated elegance that prepares them for a high-quality gastronomic experience. The Menu: A Poetry of the Territory The cuisine is a tribute to Piedmontese tradition, elevated by the finest quality ingredients. • The Piedmontese Antipasto: An explosion of authentic flavors, balanced and rich, capable of awakening the palate with determination. • Maccheroni with Fassona Beef Ragù: To call this a first course would be an understatement; it's a true poem. The tenderness of the meat and the consistency of the pasta create a perfect combination. An Extensive Wine Cellar For lovers of fine wines, the restaurant boasts an impressive cellar. We accompanied our meal with a bottle of fine wine: a 2021 Barbera d'Asti from Cantine Braida. A wine of great structure and character, divinely preserved, that enhanced every course. Service and Atmosphere The service deserves an honorable mention: impeccable, discreet, and with an old-fashioned courtesy. It's the ideal location for a regenerating lunch, perfect for unwinding from the stresses of work and recharging in an elite setting. The verdict: A memorable experience. If lunch is a sure thing, dinner with the à la carte menu promises to be a memorable event. Definitely worth a try.
